  This is a great little company. They keep getting confused with (2) others with similar names. They are out of Northern New Jersey. The other (2) are out of Southern New Jersey and California. No relation at all. Hope they get a fair deal. They did a wonderful job on my home! Professional and courteous. I would recommend them.

  I contracted RC to replace a natural gas furnace in my residence. My 7 year old unit failed in the middle of a Thursday night, and I woke up to a cold house a few days after Christmas. I called the HVAC service company I had used in the past, whom I will not name but will say it might rhyme with HA Jerry. They diagnosed a bad blower motor and upon removing the old one further diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger. They wanted a minimum of 5 grand to replace the unit.
  
  I called RC to get their estimate, and they spent a lot of time on the phone going over options such as repairing the existing system or replacing. I liked that they gave me the option of repairing, because I grow weary of any contractor that only gives the replacement option.
  
  They quoted me an Amana 80K BTU unit installed for well under half the price of the other contractor, with a 5 year warranty for parts & labor, and 10 years parts only, and lifetime on the heat exchanger. And they said they would have a team ready to install the next morning.
  
  I engaged a third contractor, who came onsite and seemed very good and honest, but was unable to come close to the price RC offered.
  
  I called RC and verbally agreed, and the next morning a truck showed up with two qualified techs and a new unit, and it was installed and operational about 3 hours later.
  
  The installation was not quite plug and play, as they had to deal with the fact that the previous unit was a few inches shorter, and with the AC coil unit installed on top, they had to modify duct work accordingly.
  
  The installation went smooth, with no additional charges beyond what was agreed, the crew was courteous and professional, and the replacement furnace works better than the previous one ever did. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
  
  There is nothing they did that I would recommend they do any different. The business side of me might recommend to charge more, because people often assume the lowest bidder cannot deliver quality, which was not the case here.
